YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a Claim of Lien on the following property in Hillsborough County, Florida:
Lot 8, Block A, Ridge Crest Subdivision Units 1-2, according to plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 102, Page 174, public records of Hillsborough County, FL
has been filed against you and you are required to file your written defenses, if any, with the Clerk of the above Court and to serve a copy within 30 days after the first publication of this Notice of Action on: DAVID BEFELER, Esq., Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is: 1010 N. Florida Avenue, Tampa, FL 33602, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint or Petition.
