NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 13, 2015, entered in Case No. 13-CA-007570 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas as Trustee for RALI 2005QA13 is the Plaintiff and Rossitor G. Alexander; Tara A. Alexander a/k/a Tara Alexander ; Unknown Spouse of Rossitor G. Alexander; Unknown Spouse of Tara A. Alexander a/k/a Tara Alexander; Covewood Neighborhood Association, Inc.; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Homecomings Financial Network, Inc.; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 2nd day of June, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK 4, COVEWOOD, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 99, PAGE 258, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
