NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 4, 2015, entered in Civil Case No. 14-CA-006657 DIV N of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, f/k/a THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATE HOLDERS OF THE CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-63, MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-63 c/o Bayview Loan Servicing, LLC, is Plaintiff and VIRGINIA KAYE KENNEDY; et al., are Defendant(s).
The Clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash, online at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at public sale on July 27, 2015, at 10:00 A.M. on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
