NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 6, 2015, and entered in Case No. 14-CC-035293 of the County Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, County Division, wherein PROVIDENCE TOWNHOMES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff, and ROBERT BOWDEN is the Defendant. Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Tampa, FL 33602, at 10:00 a.m. on June 26, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 3, in Block 35, of PROVIDENCE TOWNHOMES PHASES 3 AND 4, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 87, Page 7, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Also known as 1336 Kelridge Place, Brandon, FL 33511
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
THIS NOTICE SHALL BE PUBLISHED IN THE BUSINESS OBSERVER ONCE A WEEK FOR TWO CONSECUTIVE WEEKS, THE SECOND PUBLICATION BEING AT LEAST FIVE DAYS BEFORE THE SALE.
