NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 21 April, 2015, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-010758 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Hsbc Bank Usa,national Association As Trustee For Nomura Asset Acceptance Corporation,alternative Loan Trust, Series 2006-af2 Mortgage Pass-through Certificates, is the Plaintiff and Lisa Prosen, James Prosen, Kristen Prosen, Sweetwater Oaks Condominium Association, Inc., Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 9th of June, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
