NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 14, 2015, entered in Case No. 12-CA-011964 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein CitiMortgage, Inc. is the Plaintiff and Phyllis R. Deboard; Unknown Spouse of Phyllis R. Deboard; United States of America on behalf of the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 2nd day of June, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT BEGINNING 834.7 FEET NORTH AND 241.3 FEET WEST OF THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE SOUTHWEST ¼ OF THE NORTHWEST ¼ OF SECTION 5, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 20 EAST AND RUN WEST 220 FEET, NORTH 80.0 FEET, EAST 220 FEET AND SOUTH 80.0 FEET TO POINT OF BEGINNING ALL LYING AND BEING IN HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
