NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 21 April, 2015, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-007135 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, National Association as Trustee for Structured Asset Mortgage Investments II Inc., GreenPoint MTA Trust 2005-AR3, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-AR3, is the Plaintiff and Citibank (South Dakota), NA, Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Nominee for Greenpoint Mortgage Funding Inc., Highland Park Neighborhood Association, Inc., Mathew T. Rhead aka Mathew Rhead aka Matthew T.
