NUTTER & COMPANY is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS,DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH,UNDER, OR AGAINST ETHEL MAE WALKER A/K/A ETHEL M. WALKER A/K/A ETHEL WALKER A/K/A ETHEL MAE WALKER-NEAL A/K/A ETHEL NEAL A/K/A ETHEL MAE NEAL, DECEASED; ADDIE MAE WALKER A/K/A ADDIE M. WALKER A/K/A ADDIE WALKER, AS AN HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF ETHEL MAE WALKER A/K/A ETHEL M. WALKER A/K/A ETHEL WALKER A/K/A ETHEL MAE WALKER-NEAL A/K/A ETHEL NEAL A/K/A ETHEL MAE NEAL, DECEASED; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; TENANT #1 N/K/A MARIO WALKER are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 6/15/2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 10, BLOCK 20, BELLMONT HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 83, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
