NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated April 27, 2015, and entered in Case No. 29-2014-CA-007632 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR WELLS FARGO ASSET SECURITIESCORPORATION, MORTGAGE ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-PA1 is the Plaintiff and THOMAS W. LEMOINE A/K/A THOMAS WILLIAM LEMOINE A/K/A THOMAS LEMOINE; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 6/15/2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
