NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the undersigned is the duly appointed and qualified Trustee of the STEIN FAMILY TRUST dated July 10, 1989, as amended and restated. DOROTHY J. STEIN, the Grantor of the Trust, died on March 31, 2015. A creditor having a claim against the Estate of DOROTHY W. STEIN, or against the Trust Estate, must file their claim with the undersigned at the address given below within ninety (90) days after the first publication of this Notice.
