NOTICE is hereby given that the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, will on the 17th day of June, 2015, at 10:00 AM, at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Statues,, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Hillsborough County, Florida:
ALL OF LOT 19 AND WEST 3.4 FEET OF LOT 18 AND EAST 14.6 FEET OF LOT 20 IN BLOCK 15 OF GROVE PARK ESTATES, AS PER MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17 ON PAGE 11, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
