NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, Ken Burke, Pinellas Clerk of Court, will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
Unit 602, of Phase II, Magnolia Ridge Condominium II, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 5477, Page 434, et seq., and as it may be amended of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on June 5, 2015.
IF THIS PROPERTY IS SOLD AT PUBLIC AUCTION, THERE MAY BE ADDITIONAL MONEY FROM THE SALE AFTER PAYMENT OF PERSONS WHO ARE ENTITLED TO BE PAID FROM THE SALE PROCEEDS PURSUANT TO THIS FINAL JUDGMENT.
