Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, dated April 28, 2015, entered in Civil Case Number 12-014428-CI, in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein RANDOM PROPERTIES ACQUISITION CORP. III is the Plaintiff, and FRANK COVA A/K/A FRANK M. COVA, et al., are the Defendants, Ken Burke, CPA, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
Lot 5, C. M. Well`s Sub., according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 10, Page(s) 54, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. Together with that certain parcel described as follows: Beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot 5, C.M. Wells Sub., as recorded in Plat Book 10, Page 54 of the Public records of Pinellas County, Florida, run thence South a distance of 50 feet; thence West and parallel to the South line of Lot 5 of said C. M. Well`s Sub., to a point 50 feet South of the Southwest corner of said Lot 5, C. M. Well`s Sub.; thence North 50 feet to the Southwest corner of said Lot 5; thence East along the south line of said lot 5 to the Southeast corner of said Lot 5 or Point of Beginning. (also known as the North 50 feet of vacated Tangerine Ave., adjacent on the South)
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 12th day of June, 2015. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
