NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered April 21, 2015 in Civil Case No. 13-006270-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein PENNYMAC CORP. is Plaintiff and GARY W. BUTLER, LINDA L. BUTLER, MAINLANDS MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC., MAINLANDS OF TAMARAC BY THE GULF UNIT NO. 1 ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GARY W. BUTLER, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LINDA L. BUTLER, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 8th day of June, 2015 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
All that certain condominium situate in the County of Pinellas and State of Florida, being known and designated as follows:
Lot 8, Block 34, Mainlands of Tamarac by the Gulf, Unit No. One B, a Condominium, according to the Map or Plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 3, Pages 48 through 53 and according to the Declaration of Condominium dated December 3, 1968 and recorded December 6, 1968 in O.R. Book 2965, Page 89 through 161 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. Together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto as set forth in said Declaration.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
