Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, dated April 29, 2015, entered in Civil Case Number 14-000869-CI, in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein SUNTRUST BANK is the Plaintiff, and GLORIA C. BLANKENSHIP, et al., are the Defendants, Ken Burke, CPA, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
Lot 9, Block 3, PLACIDO BAYOU UNIT 7, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 106, Page 9 through 12, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 27th day of August, 2015. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
