Quarino a/k/a Deborah Childs Quarino, Deceased, Cheryl Lynn Kiger a/k/a Cheryl L. Kiger, as an Heir of the Estate of Deborah C. Quarino a/k/a Deborah Childs Quarino, Deceased, Covington Court Owners' Association,Covington Court, Monticello Association, Gary Stephen Quarino, as an Heir of the Estate of Deborah C. Quarino a/k/a Deborah Childs Quarino, Deceased, Pinellas County, Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court, State of Florida, Suzanne Karen McDonough a/k/a Suzanne K. McDonough, as an Heir of the Estate of Deborah C. Quarino a/k/a Deborah Childs Quarino, Deceased, The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Deborah C. Quarino a/k/a Deborah Childs Quarino, deceased, United States of America, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 8th of June, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT 401 AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF COVINGTON COURT MONTICELLO, A CONDOMINIUM, AND EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO, ALL AS RECORDED IN O.R.
