NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 15, 2015, entered in Case No. 13-004089-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, fka Bankers Trust Company of California, N.A., as Trustee for the Certificateholders of the Vendee Mortgage Trust 1996-3, United States Department of Veterans Affairs, Guaranteed Remic Pass-Through Certificates is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Spouse, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all other parties claiming interest by, through, under or against the Estate of Robert B. Cortese, Deceased; Capital One Bank (USA) N.A., fka Capital One Bank; Clerk of Court, Pinellas County, Florida; Joseph Cortese; Teresa Jo Cabella f/k/a Teresa J. Cortese; Unknown Spouse of Teresa Jo Cabella f/k/a Teresa J. Cortese; Charlotte Cortese; James Cortese; Sherry D'Andrea; Unknown Tenant(s) are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 29th day of May, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 42, ORANGE MANOR FIRST ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 45, PAGE 69, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
