Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on May 5, 2015, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
LOT 8, BLOCK D, INDIAN OAKS GARDEN, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 28, PAGE 100, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 14138 JEAN STREET, LARGO, FL 33774; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on June 19, 2015 at 10:00 a.m.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
