NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 27, 2012 and entered in Case No. 07-009587-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC., is the Plaintiff and CHRISTINA M. CROSIER, ET AL, are the Defendants, Ken Burke, Clerk of the Circuit Courts, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on June 5, 2015 the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, BLOCK 3, OF JAN-CORY SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 47, AT PAGE 64, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
