NUTTER & COMPANY is the Plaintiff and RALPH E. WAGGETT A/K/A RALPH EDWARD WAGGETT; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; SEMINOLE-ON-THE-GREEN, CAVALIER BUILDING ONE ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 6/12/2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL CONSISTING OF UNIT 504, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE TERMS, CONDITIONS, COVENANTS, EASEMENTS, RESTRICTIONS, AND OTHER PROVISION OF THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF SEMINOLE-ON-THE-GREEN, CAVALIER BUILDING ONE, A CONDOMINIUM, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 3612, PAGES 143, ET SEQ., AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 8, PAGES 72 THROUGH 75 AND 99, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
