YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a claim of lien on the following property in Pinellas County, Florida:
That certain condominium parcel described as Unit No. 1, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with, and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium or WASHINGTON SQUARE AT CLEARWATER, A CONDOMINIUM, and Exhibits attached thereto all as recorded in O.R. Book 4984, pages 1715 through 1771, inclusive, and the Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 39, pages 122 and 123, together with such additions and amendments to said Declaration and Condominium Plat as from time to time may be made, all as recorded in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and more commonly described as 2 North Fernwood Avenue, #1, Clearwater, FL 33765.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, within 30 days after the first publication, on Rachel M. Wagoner, Esq, Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 7243 Bryan Dairy Road, Largo, FL 33777, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on plaintiff's attorney or immediately after service; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
