NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 24, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2013-001613-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS, CREDITORS DEVISEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST DAPHNE H. T. ALLEN, DECEASED; LLOYD THOMAS; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST BY PURCHASE FROM THE FDIC AS RECEIVER OF WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK F/K/A WASHINTON MUTUAL, FA; are defendants. Ken Burke, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on the 8 day of June, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 50, REVISED MAP OF BELLWOOD SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE(S) 2, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
