NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 22, 2015, and entered in Case No. 14-002623-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Morgan Stanley Mortgage Loan Trust 2005-7, is the Plaintiff and Christie S. Jones, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Incorporated As Nominee For Market Street Mortgage Corporation, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 28th day of May, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
