NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 17, 2015, and entered in 14-008474-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and GRACE T. REED A/K/A GRACE REED; MISSION HILLS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on June 01, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT 48B, BUILDING 48A, OF MISSION HILLS CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 9, PAGES 45 THROUGH 57, INCLUSIVE, AND AS REFILED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 15, PAGES 96 THROUGH 104, INCLUSIVE, BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3665, AT PAGE 870, OF ALL THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
