NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 14, 2015, entered in Case No. 12-11169-CI, Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE MORGAN STANLEY ABS CAPITAL I INC. TRUST 2004-NC5, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-NC5 is the Plaintiff, and BEVERLY WILSON, et al. are the Defendants, I, Ken Burke, Clerk of the aforesaid Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 10:00 a.m. on June 1, 2015, the following described real property, situated and being in Pinellas County, Florida to-wit:
LOT 3, SEMINOLE GROVE ESTATES NORTHEAST ADDITION, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 80, Page 97 and 98, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

Said sale will be made pursuant to and in order to satisfy the terms of said Final Judgment of Foreclosure.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
