NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 1st, 2015, and entered in Case No. 10-006698-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR MASTR ADJUSTABLE RATE MORTGAGES TRUST 2006-0A1, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-0A1, is Plaintiff and ANTHONY J. KUPSIS A/K/A ANTHONY JOSEPH KUPSIS, ET AL., are the Defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 15th day of June, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 1, Block 3, LEWIS ISLAND SUBDIVISION, Section One, according to map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 36, Pages 60 through 62 of the Public records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Property Address: 227 Lewis Blvd SE Saint Petersburg, FL 33705
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
