NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 29th, 2015 , and entered in Case No. 13-002793-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR GSAA HOME EQUITY TRUST 2007-5, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-5,is Plaintiff and RICHARD L. CHEEVER; ET AL., are the Defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 15th day of June, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 7 and the South 35 feet of Lots 5 and 6, Block 39, Revised Map of Oldsmar, according to the map or plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 7, Page 6, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Street Address: 502 Devonshire St, Oldsmar, FL 34677
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
