NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 30, 2015, entered in Case No. 2014-CA-007257-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, N.A. is the Plaintiff and Anthony B. Baker; Gilda Baker; Current Tenants are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 4th day of June, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 548, PARK MANOR ESTATES UNIT TWELVE “B”, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22, PAGE 28 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
