NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Vacate the Foreclosure Sale Held on July 15, 2014 and Certificate of Title Issued on August 15, 2014 in Civil Case No. 2012-CA-011522-O of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is Plaintiff and JUAN RAMIREZ AND LINA M OROZCO, et al, are Defendants. The clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on July 8, 2015, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
