NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 5th day of March, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2014-CA-005110-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS DELAWARE TRUSTEE AND U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS CO-TRUSTEE FOR GOVERNMENT LOAN SECURITIZATION TRUST 2011-FV1 is the Plaintiff and ERIC S. STEADMAN; ASSET ACCEPTANCE, LLC; PREMIUM ASSET RECOVERY CORPORATION and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 4th day of June, 2015 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 28, KELLY PARK HILLS SOUTH -PHASE 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 34, PAGE 82, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
