NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 6th day of April, 2015, and entered in Case No. 48-2014-CA-010577-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR CREDIT SUISSE FIRST BOSTON MORTGAGE SECURITIES CORP., CSMC MORTGAGE-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-6 is the Plaintiff and JOSELINE A. DIAZ-BROWN A/K/A JOSELINE DIAZ BROWN; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR TAYLOR, BEAN & WHITAKER MORTGAGE CORP.; MOSS PARK LANDINGS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; MOSS PARK MASTER HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC.; GARY C. BROWN; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 8th day of June, 2015 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 79, MOSS PARK LANDINGS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 55, PAGES 98 AND 99, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
