NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated February 16, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-018975-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, is Plaintiff, and DIONNE ATKINSON, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 22 day of June, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 104, of HUNTER'S CREEK-TRACT 430-B, PHASE II, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 29, at Page 100 and 101, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
