NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated March 31, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-017383-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF9 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST, is Plaintiff, and TRACEY GRADY, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 20 day of June, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 12, CLEARVIEW HEIGHTS SECOND ADDITION SECTION TWO, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 3, Page(s) 36, Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
