ROSS A/K/A LESLIE ROSS; DAVID L ROSS; WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; AVALON PARK PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk, Tiffany Moore Russell will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 6/15/2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
