NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Amended Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure Nunc Pro Tunc dated May 6, 2015, and entered in Case No. 48-2009-CA-020234-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR MERRILL LYNCH MORTGAGE BACKED SECURITIES TRUST, SERIES 2007-21, is the Plaintiff and ZORICA RADULOVIC; BORIVOJE RADULOVIC; SUNTRUST BANK; PHILLIPS COVE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION INC; DR. PHILLIPS COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; DR. PHILLIPS, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk, Tiffany Moore Russell will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 6/23/2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 9 OF PHILLIPS COVE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED NOVEMBER 25, 1998 IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5624, PAGE 2476, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 27, PAGES 1 AND 2, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH APPURTENANCES THEREFORE AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS THEREOF.
