The administration of the estate of Juan Antonio Torres, Jr., deceased is pending in the Circuit Court of Orange County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is Clerk of the Circuit Court, Orange County Courthouse, 425 N. Orange Avenue, Orlando, Florida 32801. The estate is Intestate. The names and address of the personal representatives and personal representative's attorney are set forth below.
Any interested person on whom a copy of the notice of administration is served must object to the qualifications of the personal representative, venue, or the jurisdiction of the court, by filing a petition or other pleadings requesting relief in accordance with the Florida Probate Rules, WITHIN 3 MONTHS AFTER THE DATE OF SERVICE OF A COPY OF THE NOTICE ON THE OBJECTING PERSON, OR THOSE OBJECTIONS ARE FOREVER BARRED.
Any person entitled to exempt property is required to file a petition for the determination of exempt property WITHIN THE TIME REQUIRED BY LAW OR THE RIGHT TO EXEMPT PROPERTY IS DEEMED WAIVED. Any person entitled to take an elective share is required to file an election to tak elective share WITHIN THE TIME REQUIRED BY LAW.
