Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on April 13, 2015 in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Orange County, Florida, the office of Tiffany Moore Russell, Clerk of the Circuit Court, shall sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida, described as:
LOT 39, SAN JOSE SHORES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 97, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, online at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, on June 15, 2015 beginning at 11:00 AM.
