NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 6th day of May, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2013-CA-007205-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, BUT SOLELY AS LEGAL TITLE TRUSTEE FOR LVS TITLE TRUST I is the Plaintiff and EVELYN CARRION; CITIFINANCIAL AUTO CORPORATION; COLONIAL LAKES HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC.; CPR WHOLESALE & INVESTMENT PROPERTIES, LLC; CPR WHOLESALE & INVESTMENT PROPERTIES, LLC, AS TRUSTEE FOR LAND TRUST #1A; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF LAND TRUST #1A; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 10th day of June, 2015 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 42B, COLONIAL LAKES, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 24, PAGES 69 AND 70, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
