NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 18, 2015, entered in Civil Case No. 2014 CA 6928, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, f/k/a THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATE HOLDERS OF THE CWALT, INC. ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2007-15CB, MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-15CB c/o Bayview Loan Servicing, LLC, is Plaintiff and PAUL A. CHMIELEWSKI; et al., are Defendant(s).
The Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash, online at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. o'clock a.m. on the 20th day of July, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 50 and 51, Block A, COLLEGE PARK COUNTRY CLUB SECTION, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book L, Page 85, Public Records of Orange County, Florida. Less the East 36 feet of Lot 50.
