RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed April 21, 2015 and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-008443-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC., is Plaintiff, and RACHEL SMITH, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 23 day of June, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
UNIT NUMBER 1, BUILDING C, OF CLUB VILLAS AT WIMBLEDON PARK, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3511, PAGE 2480, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ALL RECORDED AND UNRECORDED AMENDMENTS THERETO. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
