NOTICE OF IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 6, 2015, and entered in Case Number 2014-CA-00223 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein UV CITE LLC is the Plaintiff, and TINA NGUYEN and TUAN LE are the Defendants, Dwight E. Brock, as the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex in the Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM, on June 10, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 36, BRISTOL PINES, PHASE I, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 43, PAGE 78, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of date of the lis penned must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
