NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated February 10, 2015, and entered in Case No. 1202858CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER COUNTY, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR WAMU MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-PR1 TRUST, is Plaintiff, and RANDAL J. LUEDTKE, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 A.M. the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 10 day of June, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lots 35, Heighland Villa, according to the plat recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 2, Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
