NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated February 11, 2015 and entered in Case No. 11-2014-CA-001793-00 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and THOMAS M. HALLBERG; JUDITH A. HALLBERG; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC; HERITAGE BAY GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB, INC.; HERITAGE BAY UMBRELLA ASSOCIATION, INC.; TERRACE II AT HERITAGE BAY ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112 at 11:00AM, on the 11 day of June, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT 846, BUILDING 8, TERRACE II AT HERITAGE BAY, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN BOOK 4128 PAGE 1714, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED.
TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO
