NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 10, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-004055, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FNMA”) is Plaintiff and T. MICHAEL O'CONNELL A/K/A MICHAEL T. O'CONNELL A/K/A MICHAEL O'CONNELL; JANET O'CONNELL; SEAN MICHAEL O'CONNELL; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SEAN MICHAEL O'CONNELL; UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR LEHMAN BROTHERS BANK, FSB, A FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK; TIMBERWOOD OF NAPLES ASSOCIATION, INC. F/K/A TIMBERWOODS OF NAPLES ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash ON THE THIRD FLOOR LOBBY OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, at 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES in COLLIER County, FLORIDA 34112, at 11:00 A.M., on the 10 day of June, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SAID SOUTH 1/2 OF THE NORTH 1/2 OF THE WEST 1/2 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 13, SAID POINT BEING A POINT ON THE WESTERLY LINE ONE OF A 100 FEET COLLIER COUNTY CANAL RIGHT OF WAY. THENCE SOUTH 89 DEGREES, 26 MINUTES, 31 SECONDS EAST ALONG THE SOUTHERLY LINE OF SAID SOUTH 1/2 OF THE NORTH 1/2 OF THE WEST 1/2 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 13, A DISTANCE OF 100.05 FEET TO AN INTERSECTION WITH THE EASTERLY LINE OF SAID CANAL RIGHT OF WAY; THENCE CONTINUE SOUTH 89 DEGREES, 26 MINUTES, 31 SECONDS EAST ALONG SAID SOUTHERLY LINE, A DISTANCE OF 820.13 FEET. THENCE LEAVING SAID SOUTHERLY LINE NORTH 0 DEGREES, 33 MINUTES, 22 SECONDS EAST 192.26 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING OF PARCEL 3341 HEREIN BEING DESCRIBED;
THENCE CONTINUE NORTH 0 DEGREES, 33 MINUTES, 29 SECONDS EAST 31.04 FEET; THENCE NORTH 89 DEGREES 26 MINUTES 31 SECONDS WEST 61.25 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 0 DEGREES, 33 MINUTES, 29 SECONDS WEST 31.04 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 89 DEGREES, 26 MINUTES, 31 SECONDS EAST 51.25 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING OF PARCEL 3341 HEREIN DESCRIBED.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
