NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 13, 2015 and entered in Case No. 2014-CA-001020 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Trust Mortgage, LLC, is Plaintiff, and Osmin Arcia; Arianna Ferroare; Yosvani Martinez and Anneliss Martinez are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at: the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112. at 11:00 a.m. on June 10, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 75' OF TRACT 72, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT 41, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE, 26, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
PROPERTY ADDRESS: 3540 58TH AVENUE NE, NAPLES FL 34120.
A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
