NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the cause pending in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Collier County, Florida, Case No: 2015-CA-000507, in which SENECA MORTGAGE SERVICING LLC, is Plaintiff, and Forrest M. Campbell, Jr., Allyson Campbell a/k/a Allyson Rex, Unknown Tenant #1 and Unknown Tenant #2 are Defendants, the undersigned Clerk will sell the following described property situated in Collier County, Florida :

Together with an undivided percentage interest in the common elements pertaining thereto at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash at 11:00AM on the 11 day of June, 2015, at the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112.
Any person claiming interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
