NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 18, 2015, and entered in 11-2014-CA-001330-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein LAKEVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, is the Plaintiff and HERIBERTO RIVERA; JEANNE C. RIVERA; THE RANCH AT ORANGE BLOSSOM MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC. ; FAIRMONT RESIDENTS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; SAVANNAH TRACE RESIDENTS' ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 FL , at 11:00 AM on June 11, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 72, ORANGE BLOSSOM RANCH PHASE 1A, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 45, PAGES 58 THROUGH 61, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
