NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 10 March, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2013-CA-003851 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. as Trustee for WAMU Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Series 2005-PR1 Trust, is the Plaintiff and JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, successor in interest by purchase from the FDIC as receiver of Washington Mutual Bank, River Yacht & Racquet Club Owners Association, Inc., Walter Turner, are defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 11th of June, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
