NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 5th, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2013-CA-001667 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NA, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE LMT 2006-6 TRUST FUND, is Plaintiff and THE ESTATE OF KATHERINE BRINSON, et al., are Defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 5th day of June, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 425, LESS THE NORTH 20.0 FEET, ALL OF LOT 424, AND THE NORTH 19.0 FEET OF LOT 423, WASHINGTON PARK SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 128, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 2718 6th Ave. E, Palmetto, FL 34221
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
