NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated May 12, 2015 entered in Civil Case No. 2014CA002233AX of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff and RICHARDSON, ANITA O., RICHARDSON, CLARK N., et al, are Defendants. The clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Manatee County's On Line Public Auction website: www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on June 12, 2015, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes , the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
